I’m 4 weeks post op now and still have these spots, I think it is with constantly having to wear a bra and sweating x

I’ve had unders and I’m 4 weeks post op and just getting back to normal now. I went back to work at 2 weeks but I had to get dropped off and picked up as I stir unglued to drive. I still also get pains in my boobs but it isn’t half as bad as it was!x

I had my boobs done at Spire fylde hospital but find coming on here helps a lot. I had my op on 4th November. I was about a 28C/30b before my op and had 375cc unders hp.
