I’m nearly 7weeks po I had 350cc unders and had same feeling it’s not to bad now feels more normal as the days go on, when they start to ache I just use my breast band for hour or 2 until it stops xx

Kerry I would advise taking band off and sliding two pairs fluffy thick socks on then put breast band back on honestly it works wonders its alot more comfortable my nurse thought I brought a new band until I told her what I done 😂🙈 obviously you need cut the toe part off to be able slide them on xxx

Chloe try and buy a electric heat pad for your back I used one just before I was going to sleep and it helped loads at my 2weeks po I mentioned not sleeping due to back pain and she said I could try sleep on my side but altinate a different side each night I did this for like 3days but then I was used to sleeping on my back at that point 😂🙈 xx…

I think I would of gone for 400 if surgeon mentioned it but I just went with what he suggested as I’m 7st and 5’5 very slim I have hardly any fat around my chest I was a 32a completely flat so I’m just happy to have boobs now lol but if your not 100% sure definitely ask to go bigger, I think I might still have to wear a padded bra but I find them…[Read more]

I had 350 and unders I also felt like this it was terrible mine were so heavy I hated standing up felt like they were going to fall off sounds silly lol after the 3rd week I felt absolutely fine I’m now 6weeks po and pretty much back to normal to pains etc xx

Hi chloe there is parking like 5minutes walk away and if you book online its alot cheaper I was an overnight patient in december and it cost me 20odd to park from 10am to 11am next day I’ve attached a photo of the car park it’s a underground one reviews were hit and miss but I cant fault it no damage to my car etc so all was good, hope this helps…[Read more]
