Hey I’ve been told to sleep up right for 2 weeks then flat on my back until 6 weeks, such a nightmare I’m nearly 5 weeks post op can’t wait to sleep on my side! Xx

I never had to wear a sports bra with my strapping, it aslo said in my notes they gave me to take home that I didnt need to xx

I was told to sleep up at 45 degree’s for two weeks, then you can sleep flat on your back after that up until rhe 6 weeks if you feel comfortable xx

Hey nicole, aww thank you! Im so happy with the results so far and feeling back to normal again no pain 🙂 I found it so hard to pick the size, I would say make sure the surgeon completely knows what look you want and trust there judgement, good luck with yours! Xx

@kelly-aiden you have something covering your boobs well thats what it felt like, just stings on the sides and a little bit sore on the sides now, only takes a minute though 🙂 xx

Had my strapping off today which was such a relief! I had 225cc moderate plus implants from an tiny A cup, still wanting my boobs to be small to match my frame, cant wait to start seeing the changes! Xx
