So the original PC I spoke to advised me I need a gigantomastia. But I’m not convinced. I like the size i have. I originally was looking at uplifts. When I see the surgeon for my first appointment can I tell her exactly what I want or is it a case of that’s what they are doing and that’s that?? Someone help!
