I had an uplift with implants 18 months ago and my surgeon did say to me the bigger I go the more likely they will drop again.
I opted for 250cc mod + … I wa an empty 34b/c and now I am a 34dd.
I’m really happy with my results and my surgeon was dr Giannas.

I had an uplift with implants with Dr Giannas 18 months ago.
I am so happy with my results and Dr Giannas is lovely.
I saw him 3 times before surgery as I couldn’t decide on size and he was so patient with me.

I had a lift with round moderate plus implants last September and mine look very natural.
I was advised round over tear drop as I wanted more upper pole volume as this is what I was lacking.

You sent me a message as I had 250cc implants with uplift in sept 2019.
I’m a size 12-14 and I was a 36 flat c but I am now a 34DD.
I chose moderate plus implants and they were over the muscle.
I’ll put some more up to date pics here for you.
I am now nearly 9 months post op and the pic is 8 months post op.

I had an uplift with implants 13 weeks ago and I saw my surgeon 3 times before surgery as I was undecided on size.. my surgeon was dr Giannas and he said I could see him as many times as I liked if it made me feel happy with my decision.

Really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed in your results, I’m only 10 weeks post op so I haven’t experienced them sagging.
I had 250cc implants as my surgeon wouldn’t go bigger than 275cc as he said the bigger the implant the more likely they were to sag again.
What size implant did you have ?

Yes dr Giannas was lovely,
He was very honest and explained everything to me.
My scars are healing well .. I’ll post a pic now as I’m 9 weeks post op.

No you can get the silicone gel on amazon and I didn’t take my v pillow to hospital but I had a pillow for the car journey home to cushion the seat belt.
I also used one of those neck pillows which was handy.

I bought ice packs to help bring the swelling down and some silicone gel for my incisions which you can use from 6 weeks if your nurse agrees and I also use bio oil.
I think I should have taken arnica tablets to help with my bruising.
My biggest fear was infection so I had anti bacterial hand gel everywhere 😂

I have some more pics of before & my recovery.
I didn’t experience any pain and my recovery has been straight forward .. I was back to work after 10 days but I have a sit down office job.

I’m so sorry that you didn’t get the response you were looking for but I know girls that were disappointed also booked a consultation with another surgeon to get a 2nd opinion.
Maybe you should consider this?
I had an uplift 7 weeks ago and I love my boobs now … I would see another surgeon if it was me xxx

This is me at 7wpo .. this may give you an idea on scarring but they say to wait up to 12 months for them to fade.

It’s so hard to say as they’re so many different options available.
I went to see a surgeon as I didn’t know if I needed a lift too and I did need one.
Options available are ..
Nipple lift
Modified lift
Full lift.
No lift.

I’m 7wpo and I stayed over in hospital, I wore elastic waisted joggers with a zip up top.
I purchased macom bras, m & s post surgery bras & the Asda post surgery bras.
My favourite was the macom then the m & s and the Asda ones didn’t really offer me enough support.

I’ve never heard of that before being offered 2 sizes that are quite different .. normally you get a maximum and you can decide up to that size.
