Did you do under the muscle? If so, I had a similar type of pain. You don’t realise just how much you use your chest muscles! Just take it easy and it will get better with time. I feel like my bloating lasted about 12days – 2 weeks but everyone is different. Make sure you’re taking on enough fluids and eating well.

Every surgeon has their own advice so it’s important you listen to them. The advice is normally 6 weeks no heavy lifting and then just start off light and see how you get on after that. Some surgeons do suggest not training chest or upper body for 12 weeks so just double check what your surgeon advises and then just take it slowly! X
