Just rest as much as you can and take you pain relief regularly, it will ease off in a few days! The first few days are the worst but remember it is sooooo worth it 🙂 x

I was given antibiotics, diclofenac for the swelling and just paracetamol and I was fine. I expected to be drugged up lol x

You’re not supposed to do anything with your scars until you have seen the nurse at 6 weeks post op. Then you can use creams and bio oil and soak in the bath x
