No I had my 6 week check up and then there is nothing – unless I need it of course. I didnt know whether to bother them or whether its normal.

Since this post a few weeks ago I can definitely feel the left implant moving around. Sometimes when I take my bra off the left breast has ‘taken on the bra cup shape’ but after a quick squeeze it goes back to normal shape.

The surgeon said I can now wear normal bras during the day and not the post surgery compression bra but did recommend continuing to sleep in the Macom bra for upto 3 months.

I really like the Macom ones, they are really comfortable and super supportive.
Also easy as you dont need to guess your cup size, its just based on the back size.

Just wanted to see what the best scar care routine is? I have my 2 week post op check up with my surgeon in Tuesday and hope to find out more from him.

But I have heard people mention Bio Oil and Kelocote. What has been recommended for other people and most importantly what has worked well for people to prevent scars 🙂

The left hand breast does seem to be sitting a little lower so maybe its rubbing slightly on the incision.

I have done the mirror part and it does seem to look ok, maybe a little red around it but in a more irritated way rather than anything else.
