I’m 4’10 95-100 lbs. surgery is sched for next month . Currently have 400cc high profile  . I want to down size bc I’m not happy with how big I went . I know that I want to be a B cup. But now I don’t know if I want mod or hi profile. On the crisalex 3d  model of myself I feel like the med profile looks good but now I’m wondering if I should go high.
