I had my BA 5 years ago when I was 18 and i now really regret the shape. I am happy with the size but they sit so high up on my chest and look very fake! I had moderate profile implants. I want them to be more natural and drop slightly. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do which doesn’t involve surgery, or would I need surgery? Thanks! X

Had my op today at 2.30, was back in my room at 4.20. Just stood up and looked at them for the first time in the mirror. Absolutley in love!!!! I can’t explain how happy I am 🙂 not in any pain at the moment, fingers crossed it stays like this!!! Mr fallahdar you are beyond amazing!!!!!!!!!
