I tried to hold on to them for support but I didn’t really help with them moving.

Is this normal?

I asked the nurse after the op if I could have my lucosade but she said to avoid it for a few days but it was the fizzy one, not sure about the still one. I just drank loads of water, drank my tea and orange juice straight after the op.
