I need help. I don’t know whether to go back to my surgeon and tell him I’m not happy. There’s not much fullness in the top/middle of my boobs so I’m still not confident at all going without a bra, I feel like I always have to wear a push up bra. I don’t have an underboob crease and my scars are too high up and are very viable!

I’m almost 1 year post op and I’m not completely happy with my results. I still feel as if I have to wear a push up bra as there is no fullness at the top/middle and my scars are too high and visible

I’m booked in for surgery on the 12th august and I met my surgeon on Monday. I’m 5ft 1” and I chose 400cc but I don’t know if they’re going under the muscle or over. Does this have to be decided before the surgery day? I’ve read that under the muscle achieves a more natural look, is this true?x

I’m having the same issue, I’ve worked through the whole of lock down but I don’t want to book two weeks holiday before hand, I’ve emailed to ask if I can just book a week off so I’ll let you know what they say. My surgery is on the 12th august and I’m having 400cc but I don’t know if they’re going over or under the muscle?!
