Hey this is fairly normal so wouldn’t be concerned! Although I think unders are a little more painful and restrict your movements a littlw bit more – I had 325cc overs. Just make sure you have someone around with you to help you and you’ll be fine, this is the worst part. Hope you start feeling better soon xx

Hey hun I’m a hairdresser and they told me 2 weeks off work unless you can guarantee you won’t be doing clients. I went back early and shut down my column. I was 2wpo on Wednesday and still don’t think I’d be comfortable doing clients I think the first one will be the worst xx

Yea my vpillow has been a game changer – so good! It will do… your lower back will feel a bit sore from sleeping upright after a while but I settled myself on the sofa for a couple of weeks and that was slightly better. Glad you’re not feeling too bad! Wishing you a speedy recovery xxx

I’m 2wpo and only took painkillers the first couple of days as I was in hospital and the the first evening I was home to help me sleep! I was a small B pre-op and I just asked my surgeon for the most natural results and he said said as I hadon’t some breast tissue there that it was enough to hide the implant and be fine. Hey hun I’ll attach a photo of mine only 3days post op (I’m 2wpo now) but I had 325cc overs and was 34b pre-op. I asked my surgeon to go for the most natural look I could get and so my body was more in proportion as I have a bit of a bum! I’m so happy with my results so far and wouldn’t have doubted what he said ever xx

The breast band is only to encourage them to drop, but it does have to be pretty tight. I’ve also spoken to people who haven’t had one at all so I wouldn’t worry too much. Hi hollie I stopped wearing mine after a week although I’m not a mya patient I can’t imagine surgeons recommendations for that are that different. They advised me to keep the bad though in case I felt I needed to wear it but I’m 2wpo and haven’t felt the need to wear it at all!x

I’m so glad I read this because I am literally having this same feeling and I’m 2wpo today! I’m going to give some of your remedys a try though and see if they help as I just feel like I have sunburnt nipples at the moment and the slight touch hurts! Xx

@toria31 I had a check up with my nurse and I’m 2wpo and had my plasters taken off and my scars seem fine. Maybe ask and see about having them off permanently? Then start with gentle massage of the scars with some cream – the recommended Nivea or e45 for me! It does feel a massive relief once the plasters are off! Hope this helps and the irritation stops x

Hey Rebekah, I had something similar to a booband when I came straight from surgery (I’m not a Mya patient) which was used to help during my first week post surgery and encourage my implants down. So I can’t imagine using something like that for yourself now would be an issue for you now when your further on post op! Hope this helps xx
