Hi all,
Has anyone experienced any issues with working out after their op?
I’m now 3 and a half months po and trying to get back into weight training but find that I get a pulling on the inside of my left breast when I do certain exercises like tricep dips. Has anyone else experienced this and does it go away? X

Hi Poppy
I have politech and I had 320cc dual plane.
My opinion would be to go for the bigger size. I was offered 260 or 320 which seemed like such a big difference but I’m so glad I went for the bigger size I would have been so disappointed if I had gone with 320. I haven’t been measured yet but think I will be a D (I’m hoping).

Hi Rachel,
I had dual plane and stayed in overnight too.
I didn’t have much pain at all more just bruising on my ribs but everyone seems to have had different recoveries on here.
Just make sure you have your painkillers and zip up clothing and I found a pregnancy pillow was my saviour!

I had 320cc unders and was told I had slight asymmetry. I now have asymmetry that to me is more noticeable and if I had known I would have asked for different sized implants. I’m now 7 weeks post op.

I’m at nearly 7 weeks and I feel like mine are tiny and I’ll be about a C which I will be so gutted about! I also still have one bigger than the other and really can’t see that changing 🙁

Hi Stacey, yes I did as I felt like something wasn’t right either and turns out it was all fine and I was just panicking! I’m now nearly 7 weeks post op and the tightness has basically gone! X

Hi Andrina,
Mine were the same at first. They were like two cones stuck on either side of my chest but within a week they started to move closer together and now they are so much better and in a better position. Don’t worry I think it’s normal and they will definitely move ☺️

My smaller breast doesn’t feel right at all. The only way I can describe it is like someone has a piece of string and is pulling my muscle and it feels tight inside too.

Hi Molly, I had my op 4 weeks ago and I have noticed that if I bend over the sink to wash my face or bend over slightly for a few minutes that my lower back does hurt. It has gotten better as the days have gone by so I’m not sure if it’s just my body getting used to having the extra weight and will ease up completely, I hope so. I hope that helps x

Oh I’m exactly the same I’m constantly panicking so you’re not the only one! I have found that mine are looking bigger now that they’re starting to drop so over the next few weeks you might find that they start to look bigger! Hang in there they look really good so far ☺️

I had my op a month ago tomorrow and I’m between a 4-8 clothes size and I’m around 5”2/3. I was a 32b before although I didn’t fill the cup. I have 320cc unders and although I haven’t been measured yet I would say I’m around a D. I’m really happy with the size as they look perfectly in proportion to my body so far.

I didn’t think that they did stitch the muscle I thought they only stitched the skin back after though? My smaller one isn’t my dominant side so I’m hoping it’s just where it needs more stretching but I’m tempted to call the nurse tomorrow. Interesting that we both have the same issues though

@amy they look really good! Are you happy with them? Mine don’t sit at different heights mine are exactly the same place just one is bigger. My smaller one is soo much tighter underneath as well it feels as if the muscle has been stitched tightly together it’s so uncomfortable 😖
