Had my cast off today!! I do like but its still very swollen!! Any1 know any tips 2 make it go dwn quicker. I kinda wana cry 🙁 i know its jst the swelling n know Dr Gonschoirs dondm an amazing job but jst want the swelling 2 go!! 🙂 xxxx
