High profile doesn’t mean they are more round and stuck on, just that they have a smaller base with more projection outward than moderate. All implants settle with gravity, so don’t end up round anyway. If you have a small frame, this is why he will have recommended the hp also. I had high profile and they look lovely and natural xxx

Some surgeons just prefer a particular way, I had dual plane/ partials. Fully under the muscle implants aren’t done as often (from what i’ve read), even when referring to ‘under the muscle’, double check as this often is still referring to ‘dual plane’ or ‘partials’ x

UHP are not for fake loving girls at all. UHP are OFFERED to ladies who have smaller ribs and breast width diameter due to the lower base width.
I have seen many examples of lovely looking natural boobs with UHP.

It’s more the being able to change gears and have full control over the steering wheel than the comfort that is the hardest. A pillow would probably help, but I just moved the seatbelt position for a few weeks.

Are you having over or unders? I had unders and couldn’t drive until 15 days post op so take it easy.
I also couldn’t wear my seatbelt correctly for about a month and slipped my over through it to keep it off my chest xxx

Definitely try the boob or bust calculator. I used that and bought bras in that size to see.
If a tape measure fits around you at 31 inches, then a 32 back bra would fit! Possibly even be too big. M&S are terrible at measuring! Even though they have supposedly changed their methods. Boux Avenue are better, however even they added inches to my…[Read more]

I second the yianna bra. I wore that for work as it’s quite low cut so you’ll be able to work around it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going without a sports bra until at least 6 weeks xxx

Hey Hun, that difference is less than a teaspoon, any difference your seeing will probably just be swelling at this point.

I was told you have to treat them as 2 separate ops… especially as you’ve had different size implants in them.
What size implants did you have in both?
The bigger implant may just be taking longer to drop into its pocket.
It can take up to a year for them to settle, and you usually see what your results will be like around 3 months.

I have a rib flare (and asymmetry), which also gives me a slightly concave chest. I was a 32a beforehand (although now post op i’ve realised my ribs actually measure 28”!). I had 350cc partials and i’m now wearing 28f’s or 30e’s xxx

I was able to brush my teeth the next day, however I had to bend down to my arms as opposed to reach them up!
I didn’t even think about make up until a week post op, by then I could move my arms a bit more xxx

I was a 32a to begin with and I had 350cc partials by Mounir. I’m now in 30e bras (also have some 28f’s).
The after pic isn’t my most recent as i’m 2mpo and haven’t taken any in a while! But they’re dropped lovely and are getting softer and squishier every day xxx

I was told I probably wouldn’t be symmetrical after my op, due to different sizes to begin with and chest wall asymmetry. Boobs aren’t supposed to be identical anyway is the way I think of it!
One is slightly bigger than the other now, and it doesn’t bother me in the slightest! You can’t even really tell xxx

Under or over the muscle really depends on how much breast tissue you already have.
Under the muscle is a longer recovery process, but i’ve read that there is less chance of sagging. Both can achieve the natural look.
And the consultants are supposed to match you up to whichever surgeon they think is best suited to what you want/ timeframes/ etc xxx

The difference between the 270 and 295 is a little more than a tablespoon, and high profile may not have fit if you have a small breast width diameter, I think it’s more the initial look after surgery than the actual implants that is making you unhappy xxx

The consultations are non-committal. I had 2 consultations nearly 2 years ago and decided against it at that point in time. No pressuring or annoyance when I didn’t book an op or surgical consult. I ended up going back for another consultation 4 months ago and went for it xxx

If someone has a small breast width diameter they are more likely to be offered ultra high profile, as well as having a small frame/ rib cage. There are many factors that go into it.

I used bio oil for a month before, and then started again once my incision was fully healed. Just don’t use bio oil on your incisions, even when healed xxx

A v pillow and a travel neck pillow. Use normal pillows stacked up (I used 4), the neck pillow will make sure you’re as comfy as can be sat up without straining your neck, and pull the v pillow around your sides x

It’s the nerves. It will go away! Mine were horrendously sensitive for about a month. They are still a little bit sensitive, but nowhere near as bad and they aren’t hard all of the time xxx

The nipples point down until the implant has had time to drop down into its pocket. Then the nipples point up more, and you get the more natural perky shape xxx

It depends on a lot of different things; what size you started as, your frame, your rib cage, etc.

Hey Hun, your gap won’t change from having implants, you had a small gap before so once the swelling has gone down and the implants settle a bit you will see that gap again. It really is just a waiting game; the first few weeks waiting for them to look more normal can be really frustrating though xxx
