I am 13 weeks post op and I keep getting this pain in my left boob every now and again. I think it is the sensitivity coming back in my nipple I hope 🙏🏻

But does anyone have any tips on anything I can take to stop the pain or any creams please?

And also if this is normal I keep worrying 🙊
