I’m 34b and would like to have DD. And I think 600cc kinda big. Just wondering anyone out there have same body type as me so I can have idea? I’m 5’7 and 138lbs. Should I go for saline or silicon? My dr said silicon from 3-5-7 years I should have MRI to checking on it. Is that true?
