The surgeon wanted me to go bigger but I was scared they would look silly. I haven’t mean measured yet but I wish I went bigger and I’m really gutted about the size.

I went under the muscle but I’ve had twinges and sharp shooting pains in both boobs on the outside. Assuming it is normal with all the nerves around them.
