Hi there I had an uplift in January with Mr Giannas. The scars around my nipples are invisible but yea you can see the anchor scar on my breasts but it doesn’t worry me in the slightest. I hated my boobs before and love them now and so much more confident. I’ve also recently got into a new relationship and he isn’t bothered by the scars at all. X

Hi Carla I have Mr Giannas my PC suggested him straight away to me She said he is very good achieveing the natural look which is what I wanted. How did your consultation go? I had my pre op yesterday so now I wait for the big day end of Jan !!!! Xx

Hi pleased your op went well I have my op in Jan with Mr Giannas I’m excited and nervous at the same time! I can’t actually see your results which is a shame I’m going for similar size 300cc unders as I wanted a natural look and I also have a small frame. X

Hi tony thanks for your reply I’m feeling the same way I’m probably going more towards the 300 the more I see others photos etc although I didn’t want to go big I think the 300 would probably be a safter option SUCH a hard decision! When’s your op? Xx

Hi I’m booked in for my op in jan with Mr Giannas I’m also deciding between 275 and 300 with HP under and an uplift would be great to see everyone’s before and afters if happy to share once you’ve had them done.
