I’m pod5 and I’ve been pretty lucky so far with no pain. However I’m suddenly getting a lot of pain in one of my nipples, and it has a small white ish ring around the tip :/

Any ideas what this could be? Super sore no post op for 4 days.. worrying over nothing?
