I can’t actually see it only feel it so the appearance of my boobs hasn’t been affected in anyway but I’m worried that it could get worse. Will know more on Monday when I meet with surgeon xx

They eventually called me back off the back of this status update, they need to start answering their phones and communicating with each other.
God knows what can be done Scarlett, don’t think anything can be done but not happy , I’m scared in case it gets worse and they needn’t bother telling me to put weight on cause that’s a definite no no xx

Had a call from my PC a couple of weeks ago with regards to my rippling (3 months post op) to book an app with the surgeon, trying to confirm that my pre booked app on Monday is with the surgeon is proving very difficult because they never answer the blooming phone !!!!!!!

I’m 2 months post op now and been using sunbeds for a while now. My sunbed place gives us sticky gold winkies to cover your eyes so I have been sticking them on my scar area too and its working great xx

My shock absorber bra and my Goddard Ego boost bra were delivered today and I love the Shock absorber and just finished a spin class wearing it, I will definitely feel confident running now because its so comfy. However just had to order another Goddard bra because the back sizes come up quite big so ordered a 32E instead xx

Your probably just getting used to the size now, but I wouldn’t get measured yet it’s only 2 weeks to wait and alot can change in 2 weeks.

Channel I’m glad I had unders from what I’ve read there is less chance of rippling. They were very painful to have done though but I think I have a low pain threshold lol.

I had 415cc unders so not that much difference. I was a A before and now I’ve been measured to a E/F although I’d only wanted to be a D/DD so I’m hoping they settle down eventually. Bra’s so much better in smaller sizes lol. Gosh I feel like I’m never happy xx

I have only been wearing my normal bra’s for work then changing into my Macon as soon as I’m home lol. I’ve been told about Bravissimo so I’ll give them a try too. Xx

I was the same chick, so much pain but it really does get better trust me. Use hot water bottles on your neck and back and cold compress, ice packs on your chest and please keep up with the pain relief. If I could have had them took out I would have, the pain was so bad but now I can hardly remember. It will get better xx

I’ve used it and you know the sticky winkies you put on your eyes, I’ve used them on my scar site and then doubled a vest over my boobs too. All good , since I’ve had my 6 week check last week I’ve been on once and just used the stickies on my scar area. Xx

Everyone is different so different diets have different results for different people. Personally the less I eat the less weight I lose. I lost 1st in 4 weeks in the summer on the weight watchers diet, with also doing spin or power walking every day.
