Im nearly 4 weeks post op, been back 2 weeks p/o walking and doing bodyweight squats/lunges but thats it. Desperate to lift again and although ive had 0 pain sincey op date i am taking it easy as you just cannot tell whats going on under the skin! I have poor blood circulation so 2 weeks was a long time for me to rest! Be active but be safe ladies! Xx

I had some blistering from the strapping when mine was removed and was very sore looking! Id advise applying vasceline throughout the day as my macoms were sticking so having to peel away from my skin every night! Although my boobs were numb and didnt hurt it prolonged the healing process! Xx

In honesty my whole experience was rather shocking even to the point where I was just left sat in my room after admission and no one returned for 2 hours! Just a little update! So my admission time is 1pm, I had to pay another £200 also. As much as I’m looking forward to finally having my surgery a lot of the excitement has now gone. Meh! Xx

They had already had a GP letter but my situation was a little more complicated and they wanted further evidence which didn’t arrive on time 🙁 any who, this does reassure me, it’s just the idea staying over with people I don’t know etc. Hopefully I have a late admission and I can get to sleep soon after surgery! If you’ve had medication or taken medication they will want more evidence from your gp. I had been given tablets 7 years ago which I didn’t take but they still wanted more info.
