Week 2 waking flat on treadmill
Week 3- walked flat on treadmill /started to walk on incline
Week 4 – incline walking on treadmill top height

I’m a 6/7 day week gym freak who loves mainly cardio so driving me mad not running or cross training 🙁

I’m also back walking outside normal too 🙂

overall I am happy with my results (uploaded pictures)

Only thing not happy with is my weight gain and bloating, I’m drinking 3L of water which is the normal for me but nothing is working 🙁
