I’m on post day 4 too! I agree I’ve found today much easier too 🙂 this strapping is so annoying, it really restricts movement but I suppose it’s doing its job of keeping them in place lol. I’ve found it hard with the painkillers as I don’t normally take them, I find the mornings the hardest but getting there 🙂
