I find boob or bust to only be accurate with working out the sister size, it tells me I’m a 28G which is always wrong. But if I work back to the sister size 30FF or 32F they fit perfectly,

BOB seems to try and squeeze everyone into 28s! I don’t think it realises we want to be able to breathe haha! Xx

If you’re really petite I recommend sticking with the UHP as the base is smaller it will fit your frame better. Maybe lower the cc in the UHP instead if you’re concerned although I wouldn’t as boob greed is crazy!

I guess it depends how petite you are, if you get HP and your frame is tiny then they will stick out the sides to much xx

I was a 32b and bought the 34e and it fitted perfectly. I had 400cc high profile implants. I recommend going up a back size in those bras especially for the swelling. X

Everyone is different, I had no difficulty getting dressed or lifting my arms from day one. I got dressed in like 2 mins, the nurse came back to help me and I was sat on the bed done lol! xx

6WPO you can do most things, I wouldn’t recommend heavy chest weights tho. Ease yourself back into chest, everything else I pretty much went back to my usual weights on tho x

@yummyk you don’t need your chaperone with you when you turn up.. I turned up alone in the morning and MYA were fine, they just ask for their contact details and they phone them to let them know the op went ok. My boyfriend then came after work and I was discharged a few hours after xx

I know he’s leaving that’s why I’m rushing to try and get my appointment to sign paperwork with him, but can’t seem to even get an appointment as nobody knows his availability apparently. Soo frustrating. How long did it take for your revision to be accepted? x

@jojo163 My surgeon has agreed but MYA have to agree now.

My pic was when I was 3 weeks PO. They don’t look that great now.

My surgeon said they won’t offer revision for the boobs being to small. But if it’s a fullness issue then yes I’d mention it. Although I asked for a fake look to start with xx

I know of someone who massaged her CC boob and actually managed to break the capsule surrounding the implant, so she doesn’t need surgery now, I’m not sure how easy that is to do though! Xx

When I met my surgeon I just explained everything I hated and why they just aren’t right. He was actually really understanding luckily and agreed with me. I think just be honest with him. Xx

@nuttynatalie14 I didn’t like the MYA ones as the did up at the back (to much effort). I had 2 macoms and 4 M&S high impact ones – they are definitely the best bras. If you go for the M&S ones you need to go up a back size xx

Please try not to worry yet, you’re still really early days! Keep an eye on it, make sure the breast isn’t over hot and you yourself don’t have a temperature. You should see the nurse at 7DPO so mention it to her then 🙂 x

Try and put the picture on the “pic collage” app. Save. Then try and upload that version.

Cup: Your bra shouldn’t gape but also you shouldn’t get double boob where it spills over the cup.

I’m 5ft6 and had 400cc. I went from B to an F. So I think you’ll definitely achieve DD/E.

Generally with the Macom you’ll be fine in your normal back size, they’re very good at stretching. I only found the M&S one you needed to go up the back size xx

I wore the M&S high impact ones, I have 4 of them and still wear them to the gym now. They are so supportive and comfy 🙂 xx
