Hey the pain isn’t that bad at all I found it more uncomfortable than painful . I did take the pain killers at all except to sleep some nights. I think the worse thing about recovery is having to wear he 4d vest ita so hard to find cloth3a which hide it.I’m happy with the results so far but it’s only been 3 weeks. Hi guys the 4d vest is causing me agony around my flanks. just started week 3 would it be really bad if I left the 4d vest and just wore the garment for one night? I didn’t feel a thing. I don’t know if I helped that I was shattered, didn’t sleep the night before from nerves but with the sedation I slept the entire way through the op and woke up in revovery when the op was finish already dressed in my compression garments x

Day 3 today guys and got to see what I look like without the garments it’s still very swollen but there’s such a big difference already I’m so happy with the results so far! X

Hey Lindsey. It went okay I think. I feel so bruised today though I didn’t sleep at all last night as I couldn’t get comfortable. I have stitches on my lower back as well as on my stomach. Can anyone help I was told I was band c for 2 areas of liposuction abdominal and flank band c is the most expensive and suppose to be the highest level of fat. But I only had 1.2 litres of fay removed. Feeling a bit dejected and like I’ve paid too much being told I was band c. I know I can’t see results yet as only just been done can any on help? X
