I wanted to ask if anyone had experienced really dry scaly nipples from a year plus on from surgery?

Mine are so dry and scaly and usually hard as well and it’s really worrying me! I have booked in a check up consultation but at the moment I am constantly havin to put tissue or bandages over them!
