My surgery is tomorrow with Dr Fratti. I also have a slight pyramid shape boobs and he has suggested 450cc mod plus partials. I guess this will widen the diameter of my boobs and give me a natural round shape hopefully. Ill upload my experience after and let you know. If you add me, i have pre op pictures xxxx

Fratti has ordered both 400-450cc mod plus to go partially under the muscle. I know theres little difference really but struggling to decide.
