I’m 10 weeks post op and was told to keep wearing my macom bra until my surgeon says otherwise. My appointment with my surgeon has been rearranged for May. Should I still wait until I see him??

I noticed a couple of spots of what seemed like blood rather than clear fluid. It made me really uneasy and light headed.
Should I be worried as it was only only a couple of spots??
Any advice would be soooo helpful x
