I had mine done at 19, im now 22 and plan on having children in the next few years, im super glad i did it when i did while you can afford it (as you may feel guilty spendinb that amount on your boobs when you’ve got the expense of kids) and i know know multiple women who’ve had children with implants and they still looks great and perky

Super comfy clothes, i actually left hospital in joggers and jumper and dressing gown haha
Straws so you dont need to lift you drinks up to your mouth, throat sweets as some people get a really sore throat after theatre and dry shampoo because washing your hair is a no go for a while x

They generally go under the muscle if you don’t have much breast tissue, if you’ve naturally got good tissue then thats enough to stretch over the implants without the muscle, also under the muscle is a more painful recovery than overs so theres pros and cons to both

I went from 32AA to 32D with 300cc HP unders, they definitely don’t look as big as a D cup though but I’m still so glad i didn’t go any bigger, also I’m 5”2 and size 8 xx

Shooting pains is very normal, apparently its the nerves slowly restoring themselves, mention it at your appointment of course but unless they’re really severe or constant I wouldn’t worry, mine eventually did stop but took a while and my left boob is still numb/tender 2 years later (just below nipple) xx

Omg yes i am the exact same! Im nearly 2 years post with 300cc HP unders but when im freezing and shivering its like my boobs get tiny spasms and the more i tense the worse it gets, i get it in both boobs but mostly my left x

If you stay overnight like i did they take that them out the next day before you go, which means if you need the toilet etc. a nurse will come and carry the drains fot you, hurts having them out but obviously you’re sore anyway so it’s not a big deal and i have no scars xx

I was 32AA/flat as you can get, they told me if i had teardrops you’d almost be able to see the outline of the implant because theres so little tissue, in the end had 300cc HP unders (measure 32D) and i think they look super natural xxx

If you have an iphone you can just press edit on the photo and scribble over them with the tool, or i use snapchat and save it (then just exit rather than sending it to anyone) xx

I can’t help too much on the other parts as everyone’s recovery is different and I didn’t have the same howeverrr do not worry about the cone shape i was so so worried about that, mine could literally take someones eye out for the first few weeks, it will settle do not panic xx

The compression strap should definitely help, your very early days still so try not to stress! Remember to think of each boob as separate operations so they can settle at very different rates to start with xx

Honestly the difference between 285cc and 300cc is so small (less than a shot glass) so i wouldnt worry too much, i had 300cc high profile unders and went from 32AA/absolutely nothing to a 32D and am very happy with them xx

I feel like everyone says on these on these posts to go for the biggest offered and push for as big as you can to avoid boob greed but im so revived I didn’t go any bigger than my initial decision, i worry about them loads still and i always feel like i would worry even more about damaging them etc. If they were bigger xx

Have you tried going to your doctors? I had bad pain in one of mine (1.5 years post) and turned out i’d just torn my muscle and got meds, now all back to normal xx

I had the exact same implants as you’re getting and i also work at a desk, i only took 7 days off too and was fine, I’d definitely tell people at work though incase you need a hand lifting anything or reaching anything high up that’s all xx

I’m 1.5 years post, not much help with the sleeping thing as I always sleep on my side or back but i never wear a post op bra.. have some asda ones that i wear quite a lot but they’re not tight at all just comfortable haha xx

I had the same problem, would just sit there awake for hours, i found putting at least 1 pillow under my knees so they’re fairly bend helped loads (feels comfier and stops you rolling onto your side more) xx

Don’t worry at all it’s totally normal, obviously everyone’s different so varies how long it takes to come back, I’m over 1.5 years post op and one nipples still totally numb, kind of annoying but worth it for the boobs! The rest of my boobs have full sensation now (didn’t to begin with) xxx
