So had my op this morning! Admission time was 10am at donny and out by 2pm! Was absolutely fantastic! Staff were lovely,

This might be a really sad post(!) however I spend a lot of the time in the gym/running/general exercise etc and we have to take 6 weeks off. I’m obviously going to stick to the rules but I will find not exercising difficult and probably frustrating!

Has anyone else had difficulty with this and got any advice??!
