Sadly only a little improvement- left has dropped and right isn’t playing- it doesn’t help that they are different shapes. I will keep on with it as left dropped a bit more 2wks ago- I have started chest work again in the gym and wonder if this will hinder or speed up movement..,, what a journey! Are you in pain?? Please say 2nd time is easier? XX

Hi @ lauraj1987 · my surgeon suggested it might help – I have a very large gap now that I didn’t have before surgery or immediately after. He is hopeful it’ll bring them back into their correct place. Also, my right is still quite high. We are hoping it’s not being held by my muscle. Let me know how you get on- size and date! X

Hi Rachael- I had 295/315 and I have gone from a 36a/b to a 36dd. I was so relived when my swelling went down- I was terrified I would end up being huge. I am now in proportion- and pleased not to have gone bigger. My right muscle is still tight, so still have some d&f to do. Rest up and get healing- hope you will be in love with them soon xx

Hi Emma, I think if you give it a bit longer to settle they will soon even up. I had asymmetry corrected with a 20cc difference in mine- which seems to have rectified the size- but will always have slightly different shaped breasts if that makes sense.
