anyone who had tubular breasts found that they have sagged not long after their procedure?? i had implants and aerola reduction now 9 months post op, and feel as though they are starting to sag which i knew was a possible risk before i had it done. however was just wanting to know what people did from then if anyone has had the same problem.…[Read more]

anyone further on than the 6 week mark got any tips of which exercises are best to start off with when getting back into the gym? i can’t run properly yet on the treadmill as it hurts and when i try to do press up/ sit ups it hurts too and as if they are moving about, I’m 8 weeks at the moment and wondering if it gets easier as time goes on?! x

I had the areola reduction instead of a full lift which has been a huge difference i thought I would of needed a full lift at first but when I seen traynor he told me it wasn’t nessacery, he also told me to get overs to fill the top of my breast due to the tubular shape Id recommend you to have a consultation with him as he was straight to point xxxx

Thank you for advice @amanda25 I’m going to wait 3 weeks till my 6 week check and see if anything is said then I’ll bring it up if it is still bothering me, hopefully Nothing wrong and they just need to drop evenly xxxx

iv only had them for 3 weeks, i noticed it last week but the nurse never mentioned anything when i had my 2 week check up, the more i feel it the more paranoid i am dont have another check up for another 3 weeks hoping it just needs to settle and catch up wit the other xxx

my right (your left) under and the inside of the breast it feels like a curve unlike the other which feels more round and can notice it looking diff when i look at them in the mirror x @lisamarie

i had 400 cc overs, iv had pain more in my left but nurse said its probably because it had more trauma so you will be fine, I’m just getting impatient haha i want them to hurry up and settle fully! i was a b before had a areola reduction also so the change is amazing xx thanks girls

Has anyone had an areola reduction with dissolvable stitches ? Iv pulled out one of the dissolvable stitches around the nipple after a shower and I’m worried incase it can cause problems?? X

both of yours look amazing already! I’m 16 days post op mine look slightly messier to yours ha as i still have tiny plasters over the nipple becos of a areola reduction, they are 100% better to my old ones tho i just can’t wait for the scarring to go and for them to settle as I’m they no as big on me as i expected but i think its early days xxx

Dunno if I’m just been a worry but I feel as though my left is a different shape/lower than my right boob, is this normal to happen whilst they begin to settle? I’m 15 days post op

they both seem swollen but the one that seems smaller is more bruised and swollen so I’m confused lol i think I’m just worrying thanks xx

hi my op is soon and I’m wondering what size sports bra i should get as I’m not too sure on what ill end up, i asked for DD but said it could go bigger, should i go up a size in back and cup than normal for the swelling ?? thanks x
