    1st consultation with Transform, Reading.

    Had consultation with MYA today July 25th 2016. Much preferred it at MYA & i am booked in to see my surgeon, 1st meeting, Mr Marcellino on August 19th.

    I have now had my pre op on 4th November & due to have 425cc unders on 12th December with Dr Marcellino.

    Had surgery 12th december !
