Morning all. I’m just over three weeks post op and not exercising is killing me. I wasn’t a huge gym bunny before but I am finding doing nothing is make me eat more and eat bad!!! My fault but I could really do with some exercise to ease me back in. Even if just something light. Any advise?

Hi I got 34d initially and was same stats as you but had 325cc. It’s nice and tight and is really good. I’d recommend it. Asda and primark also do good comfy non wired ones for a few weeks in x

Looking good! I’ve kept some of mine to try. Just wish I’d have taken more before pictures. But I hated them do never wanted to but now I’ve forgotten what they were like and just wish I had more pics to compare to! Excited for you, they look fab x

@maryrose29 hey Hun. Are you excited? I’m doing good fit my 1 week post op today so will see how that goes. I’m still sore and struggling to see what they will look like but I love them. If you have Instagram set up a ba account I have lots of pictures on there and it’s really helpful to go through and see other people’s progress.

@chaearl my surgery went well. I’m on recovery 5 days in. Still very sore. I can’t tell on size yet as they are so swollen and firm but I’ll keep posting pictures so you can see. My size is 325cc as I didn’t want to go too big. I hope they will be just right! X

I wasn’t offered two different sizes but am worried mine will be really noticable. I’m 5 days post op so would really appreciate seeing your pics. I’ll upload some of mine in a few days. X

Hi hun. I was the same size I’ve had 325cc not sure what size I am as not measured yet. I will let you know. I asked to be a full c and was hold this size would get me to this maybe a small d depending on the shop. Add me for pictures of you want x

I’ve had the same with the bubbling noises and if I push on my chest, between my boobs it feels like little pickets of air bubbles moving. So strange. Is this normal. I’ve been in and off all day. You won’t become dependant on them hun take the 2 maybe 3 times a day for the first few days then reduce. Don’t struggle if you don’t need to as it is painful and it doesn’t help you recover any quicker dealing with the pain! My house mate is a nurse and has said this is the best way. I think day 3 is the worst. I in a lot of pain as well esp on the sides. They feel like they want to explode off my chest. But also like they are pushing down on my lungs. So strange. Just keep taking the painkillers. That’s what they are there for xxx

Hi all im day 3 after surgery and I wasn’t sure if I was meant to get a strap? I just have my post surgery bra. I had 325cc dual placement. Anybody who has one know what it’s for and anyone without one know why they didn’t need it? I just assumed Id be more strapped up. X

Hi I had dual done on 6th August so I’m day 3 today. Pain feels better than yesterday but still in pain meds. Maybe I’m a wimp!
Can’t really lift arms up above my chest so getting dressed is quite difficult but I was up and about yesterday trying to be busy to distract myself, just at a very slow pace!

It’s day 3 of recovery. I have found I am very sore and my boobs are high up and very firm. I cannot wait for them to drop so I can see what the finished product is like.
