This caused me the only pain I experienced. I was very lucky with my recovery but that band was so uncomfortable!

Was told I’d go up 2 cup sizes so ordered a size medium.
Go on Amazon and search for ZOEREA post surgery bras. They were £18.99 for a pack of 2.
Very comfortable for day and night.

You’ll need to take one with you when you have your surgery so order them before.
