Hi. One of my incisions it’s really red. I expect to be sore but I’m 4 weeks post op would expect the pain to reduce? I’ve attached a picture.! Thank you

I was never told how to sleep either. First 2 nights I surrounded myself with pillows and was slightly upright but ever since I’ve been on my side and completely flat.. Is this going to cause me problems? Worried now! Xx

Hi. So 2 days ago I was holding my daughters hand (2 and a half years old) and she threw the biggest paddy pulling me to the floor. As a result I ended up bursting a stitch open.
