So I started of a empty 34B and was looking just to fill out and enhance what I already had (I lost my boobs after having my child) and my surgeon gave me a choice of 310cc or 345cc moderate implants placed sub muscular after much deliberation I went with the 345cc which he said would give me around a DD. surgery date was 21.01.17 so I’m short into healing, I will update on progress!
