Hey i had overs 2 and half weeks ago, and I was abit stiff and achey for the 1st few days but then started managing just little things pottering around .. drove after a week too but don’t push yourself to much as you may become sore like I did. I am fine now can do most things but just don’t want to push it .. good luck xx

I am 2 and a half weeks post op, over the last week or so I can feel my right implant moving :! When I lean forward or move around, i had 450cc overs .. just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or is this normal? Hey! They discharged me around 3pm I got out of recovery at around half 12 as they have to keep an eye on you for upto atleast 3 hours depending on how you are, but I come round pretty quick and was wide awake and alert for the rest of the day wasn’t sick either.. so really all depends how you are afterwards x

Just wondering what people packed in their hospital bags ? I have a little list but any suggestions would be helpful.. can you wash in the simple shower gel the night before surgery the zero one?

@meganjane10 my pc advised me to get the mya ones but someone I know said not to waste my money… even though I don’t know what they are like..xx
@emma-louise-2 .. yeah I understand what your saying can only judge when the time comes what’s more comfy for your self.. so far (with no boobs) Asda ones are my fave most soft and comfy 🙂 xxx

I have already looked into the Macom, Asda and M&S bras does anyone have any others they can highly recommend or any reviews on any of the above any Advice would be appreciated I am having 450cc HP Overs 🙂
