Hi been to boux avenue and got measured as I am
6wk po. Came out at a 34e but also can fit in a 32f but band slightly tight on my insicions so went with the 34e…they look

I have just had a shower and thought I have a proper look at my scars 4wk po to be freaked out slightly as there’s a hole in my left breast incision (which I did know was there) but it has scabbed and is yellowy? Hi girls I am 4 and a half week po and for the last week have had a serious break out on my chest an all over my boobs! There awful! Feeling really self contious and hoping they go! Does anyone know if this is related to my ba or had a similar problem? How can I help them? Xx

Had my plasters off on thurs an am now 17days post op. My insicions are stinging and one is weeping like an orange fluid not a lot id say half a teaspoon in a day – I’ve been putting wound dressing between the incision And my bra to stop rubbing an when I take them off one sticks slightly :/ do I shower do I not do I clean it? Had my 2wk check today incisions all fine etc have been allowed to shower!! Wooo…just the nurse commented on how puffy my nipples are? And said I still had some swellin 2 wks post op is this normal?,,, how long till swelling will have gone x

Is this the normal legnth of time before being ok to shower!? I’ve had my 7day po appoint today and nurse sai healing really well changed my dressings but still said I have to wait till me 2wk check before having a shower I was soooo looking forward to one aswell – is this the norm? Xx

Can anyone recommend a decent sports bra that’s easily disguised under clothes and makes ya boobs look good? Ha, all I have is the m&s zip up one and a macom and back in work next wk so struggle to hide these under clothes thank u in advance xx

Just changed Into a dif sport bra for bed an my plasters are literally hanging off!!! Don’t see the nurse till thurs for my post op what Shall I do il be 7days po Tomo, I haven’t messed with them or anything either! Shall I buy some of tht adhesive and stick bk down around the edges?

3days post op boobs are sooo itchy!! Is there anything I can do to help!? Also does anyone recommend Ice packs or anything? Another thing I’m dreading gettin stretch marks as my skin is deffo pulled tight all shiny

My op is Wednesday and I cannot put I to to words how scared I am right now! I feel like backing out seriously! Everyone at work has said I’ve not been myself and have been quiet (which I’m usually far from!) an my whole day and night is being taken up with worrying and thinkin about it all..:(

Boring topic but,,,my op is on weds and I still need to buy this bra! I have a macom and an asda post op bra but heard this is one of the best and really comfy. I am having either 410/460cc wat size will i need in this bra (from a 34b)?? I was thinking 34e but that’s out of stock..stressing cause need to order it ASAP! Thanks in advance for any help xxx
