I love my M&S zip up sports bra. Its really comfy and I would wear it for the gym later…..unlike the Macom one I bought. x

I had the same thing hun. Left the dressing with inidine on for a week and that did the trick. All healed now & scars looking really neat so dont worry, it will sort its self out. X

I tried rice sizers and wore them around the house to cage an idea of size. Mine ended up nothing like the size I picked!! I had 415cc and they are way smaller than the rice ones I made. Mine are 4 weeks post op tomoz and are starting to soften nicely…they are squidgy over the top and sides but still quite firm at the bottom, can squash them together now 🙂 x

From what I gather and what Mr Traynor advised, they usually only recommend moderate if you have a large chest band size because they are wider implants. Lots of girls (me included) have full profile and they look very natural. Think it depends on the size you go for. Im sure someone will be along who has moderates to give you more advise. xx

Im nearly 4 weeks post op and still have this but only a little bit, no where near as much as the start. Think you get a tiny bit more feeling back each day. Mine are so sensitive at the moment, seem to have permanent erect nips!!! X

Still have a dressing on the left side. Taking it off today and hopefully it will be ok. Have an appointment for Monday incase it still hasn’t healed (nurse gave me spare dressing) but she said just cancel it if wound looks ok. Laura I have this too, been really sore and treated with a heat pack and anti inflamatories. Saw the nurse on tuesday and she said not to worry as it will go of its accord…usally takes a few weeks. xx

6 hours for food, 2 hours for water. Make sure you try and eat something ligh just before your cutoff time as there could be a delay in you going down to theatre and you will need something…. Its detrimental to patients recovery to starve too long. Good luck for your op and let us all know how you get on. x

I think the same thing but we all forget that bodies are not symmetrical! We all have one foot/one hand slighty larger than the other, our hair falls to one side more than the other…..and one boob will be different from the other! I had 415cc overs hun and we are already friends so have a look at my pics. They are a lot smaller than I expected and I was offered the same sizes as you. Originally going to pick the 345cc…so glad Mr Traynor said 415cc on the day! x

Bought a great new sports bra yesterday from Decathlon. Its a ‘Domyos Feel Beautiful’. Looks like a normal bra but is a 50% no bounce so its a firm support, really comfy. Put a couple of pics up. 32D !!!!! Xx
