Hi, I wasn’t at any risk of this but I developed it after my first op! I had to have revision surgery which was so painful as I had to have permanent sutures down the centre to my sternum, and I wore I thong bra for three months although they look sooo much better now if I knew I would of developed it I wouldn’t of had them done to be honest x

I had to use a thong bra, after revision surgery for symmastia, if there a risk you may develop this or your breast are already close together I would invest in one I wore it for three months almost 24/7 except when showering and it really helped I didn’t get it again x

Hey I had symmastia after my first BA the surgeon who originally done my surgery also done the revision and I’m so happy with the outcome, I no longer have uniboob and they look how they should go the first time x

Give it time! They will change so much over the next few weeks and months! I’m 6 months post revision and they still change now from week to week x

I found my skin to be so much worse after my op! Especially acne on my back and chest! I’ve found my skin is only just getting back to normal now! I had my first BA a year ago and revision 6 months ago. I bought skin care from ordinary range and it really helped x

Hi! Yes I had the exact same thing I had 380 over the muscle and over time it worsened and I had no gap and the sternum was lifted, I had revision surgery about 8 months post op to change the pockets and they are so much better now, if you have Instagram add me on there to have a look it’s ba_380_overs

I’m exactly the same! I had 380 overs from an A cup, I honestly don’t think mine look as big as they measure, I’m a 32e or a 32ff depending on style of bra, so I try and buy bikinis that are sized s/m/l and get a medium xx

I was a 34a and had 380 moderate, I could of easily gone bigger! If you want the rounder look I would go for high profile as mine look very natural and they are not very full on top if that makes sense x

I went over the muscle I had 380 round from barely an A cup, they don’t look round or stuck on at all if anything they look more natural than I thought they would! I know loads of people that have had there’s done and years down the line are still happy with them , if there’ are no complications or health issues there isn’t any reason why they can’t last a lifetime, but most people will want them redone after a certain amount of time becuase of ageing, pregnancy etc x

I work in healthcare and I came back positive for MSSA so very similar, like you say I was given a week course of hibiscrub and nasal ointment, I was never tested again and my op went ahead as planned, I’ve just had revision surgery and it never showed up this time x

Hi yes I have a small lump in my left breast, and a few years ago my nipple was leaking fluid. But it was before my BA, I had an ultrasound and it was just a cyst they left it and it’s never really bothered me, fingers crossed yours is nothing to worry about x

Hey, It may just be swelling still don’t panic! I had a lot of swelling and tenting around my sternum, it did go down but I ended up with uniboob I’ve just had revision surgery to readjust the pockets, maybe try sleeping with a rolled up flannel in between xx

They take sometimes months to settle and even out, treat each breast as a separate operation and give it time, is she had a large gap before that probably won’t change because of implants, but in a few months when they have settled it may look better, don’t panic I’m sure they will look great in time x

I stayed in hospital the first night and took everything they offered me, but the next day I had two paracetamol before I went to bed and I never took anymore again, I never felt pain as such just ached and a few twinges every now and then, I’m due to have revision surgery today so I’m hoping it’s as pain free as last time x

I have two of these, I was a 34a before surgery and was getting 380 I was told to get a 36 back for swelling and a E cup, I tried them on and they felt ok, but on the day of surgery I did not feel supported at all and my mum exchanged them for a 34d and I still wear them now 8 months post op very supportive x

Rebekah they look amazing! When you say pocket revision, did he just create new pockets? Did you have to change the placement of your implant at all? I’m having pocket revision but mine sounds very complicated x

Hey, I understand what you are saying, but I’ve done lots of research and had advice from 4 other surgeons, even before I saw him and unfortunately this is my best option, and the best way to prevent this coming back after revision is with permanent sutures to my ribs or it may reoccur, what I have is quiet rare unfortunately xx

For me personally I saved just under £500 a month for almost a year, I think if it’s something you really want done you have to sacrifice other things in order to save, I’m fortunate in that I still live with my parents and don’t have any children so I just had to sacrifice social things that cost money but it was worth it x

I’m the same weight and height as you, I had 380. I’m quiet narrow shouldered but have big hips/thighs. In pictures I felt like I looked so much bigger but I have gotten used to it and now look so much more in proportion. It just took a while to get used to looking at my frame with boobs I think x

I’m not sure how it will work if you don’t get sick pay, but everyone is entitled to statutory sick pay. I booked holiday then was given a sick note which they had to honour as it’s a legal document so was able to claim my holiday back xx

I know for some girls it’s taken up to a year, me personally I’m 6 months post op and have no feeling in either of my boobs or nipples they are completely numb and if I’m honest I don’t think I will ever regain any sensation, but I was told this can happen. Your still early days though give it time it may come back xx

I would get bigger! I was a 34a and bought 36e for 380cc overs, although I ended up swapping them for 34d as they didn’t feel as supportive as I liked, the ladies in M and S are really helpful maybe take some rice sizers with you to try on inside the bra for a rough idea xx

Yes! I’ve put on about a stone in the last 5 months (granted it’s my own fault becuase I don’t stop eating ????) when I was off for two three weeks I just ate and haven’t stopped, My weight goes to stomach and thighs so hasn’t made a difference to my boobs but am worried about loosing weight again xx
