My surgeon recommended overs based on the amount of breast tissue I had to begin with. I also prefer the look of overs, I like a fake, rounded perkier look. Over the muscle gave me the upper fullness I wanted to achieve.
I have also had zero pain and I’m now 5dpo which is a bonus!

I need a higher fuller look as all the volume is in the bottom of my boobs. I do like the more enhanced look, but I guess I am just scared of ripping, although I am not naturally thin and I always see rippling of very slim girls. I am more of an athletic thicker build.
