It’s a little uncomfortable where the incisions are and I feel like I constantly need to hold them when I bend over but apart from that, I must say it gets better. I can do more round the house and even went shopping yesterday as I am getting so fed up of sitting around!

Pain relief they send you home with is definitely the key and my v pillow is amazing!

I’ve just spent my first night in hospital and it is literally the bestest thing! I would also recommend some pillows underneath your thighs as I slept with the bed adjusted like this and it has been really comfy as your bum is like in a dip. Let me know 🙂

I have had 450/500cc partials and although I have the strapping, I can tell I love them already!
