Hey hun I felt exactly the same and what made it worse was reading others stories about how easy the recovery is. I honestly regretted getting it done after realising how hard it is. I found day 4 to be the worst, I couldnt even lift myself out of bed, but honestly it does get better from here on xxx

Hi Katrina I was the same. I was shocked at how hard the recovery was, I thought it was going to be bad but it was worse than I imagined. I had no help at all and somedays I really questioned why I did this to myself. Its crazy how bad you feel and then how quickly you start to feel better. Oh well we are similar sizes then, I was a 36 C and now im measuring a 34 H so I would suggest you get maybe a 38-40 G-H if you can. Mine have defintley grown too but I dont no if thats because ive just put on weight and got lazy haha.

Hey hun sorry ive just seen your reply now. Yea I had to waer strapping which I didnt enjoy, you just want to rip it off and see whats underneath lol. I bought a 36 G bra from m n s but it will too tight, I got the masoplexy bra-especially after having a BA. They look disguisting but its the most supportive and so comfortable, what size are you now? xxx

Yes your right at 7 weeks the nerves are starting to really heal and also youll be getting sensation back so more aware of the pain. I had this too and really panicked but was told its totally normal xx
