I had Dr Giannas last Sunday on 29th April and I can’t recommend him enough, he is so lovely and very professional. I also started at an empty 32B/C due to weight loss and he wouldn’t go higher than 300cc because he wanted to achieve a natural look. I’m very happy with the results so far!!

@staceymlx would you say they get bigger with the drop and fluff process for overs? I thought they would be a bit bigger i’m getting boob greed already 🙁

@amberkellly no I didn’t have any drains. To be honest I have no idea what sleeping tablets I used, I tried to sleep at the hospital but I really struggled. A nurse came in to check on me and saw I was still awake so she just bought me some tablets to help me sleep so I’m assuming they weren’t natural ones xx

@amberkellly don’t be nervous!! who is your surgeon? Honestly I was soooooo nervous and terrified but it was over before I knew it. I had my surgery Sunday and had literally no pain after, I was moving about and using my arms (the nurses were telling me off though and saying that I was only pain-free because of the anaesthetic).

@cherylh would you mind sharing some pictures?
Also my nipples seem a little low down (even though I had a nipple lift) – would you ladies say that once the implants have ‘dropped and fluffed’ that this makes the nipples appear a bit higher?

I have Dr Giannas on the 29th April!! I’m having a nipple lift and BA. I was told by other surgeons I needed an uplift but he said it wasn’t necessary and not worth the extra scarring. I felt very comfortable with him and deffo think I’ve made the right choice with him! xx

Has anyone had a breast augmentation with only a nipple lift instead of a full uplift?

I met with Marcellino today who suggested a lollipop lift but said my scars will stretch out and look untidy 🙁 my PC then said that Mr Giannas might be a better option for me as his scarring is very neat and looks amazing. I’m really torn on what to do so pictures would help me massively!

Did Dr Frati try and push an uplift on you? I’m worried as that’s a lot of the feedback i’ve seen about him!! Your boobs look amazing though! At 1 week post op are you able to do more things on your own or are you still needing assistance?
