What are the signs of capsular contracture ? How does it feel?

My right implant feels as if it’s poking out of my skin at times when I move or turn to my side doesn’t hurt or anything just a little weird.

Top pic is the first day after strapping was off and the bottom pic is the day after
Do they look like they are okay ?

Also I had blisters from the strapping and they are soooo painful! What can I do as they are rubbing against my support bra and also bleeding !
