600cc took me to an f Hun and I’m a size 12-14 so it depends slit on your frame, body weight etc as all of that is taken into consideration, I was worried about having 600cc as I thought I’d look too big but they suit my frame so well. Well after 5 weeks of being bored I went on a 40 minute bike ride.. Feel so much better for doing it, tired mind but so refreshed.. Just that little bit of exercise made me feel better, I did ring the Manchester clinic to check I’d be ok tho they said I’d be fine if I took my time and wore my sports bra.. :))

Once a nurse rang me to see how I was a couple days post op other than that, nothing.. Pretty bad really considering how much you’ve paid for their service.. Patient care should be a number one in my books..
