I did cancel within the 14 days and they have taken my bank details and told me I will get refunded but I’m still waiting x

I paid £1000 deposit to secure my surgery date and after seeing the surgeon she advised me to cancel and think about it more as I have problems and also to see another surgeon for 2nd opinion so I did. Hi Faye. I had my 1st consultation 10th March with my PC in Birmingham, I have secured my surgery date for 20th April in London by paying £1000 deposit and see my surgeon Ms Lutz on 5th April to discuss sizes etc. It can all happen pretty quickly if you’re lucky. Thanks Sheila I work in an office so there’s no physical work as such so I’m hoping a week will be enough. I’ll have to make sure I don’t do a lot at home which is the hardest part especially as I have a 20 month old granddaughter living with me it’s going to be difficult to not be able to pick her up especially as she won’t understand why I can’t xx

I’m at the Birmingham clinic on 5th at 11. I haven’t met my surgeon yet I booked the surgery date prior to meeting her so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer ha ha so it’s all happened really quick with me xx

Hi Nicky same here I’ve been wanting to do this for years but never had the opportunity or the courage to do it. Might see you on 20th then. It is very scary but I really can’t wait I am so excited I’m like a little kid waiting for Xmas xx

Hi Sheila. I was a bit concerned my recovery may take longer being older so I may have to book more time off work if necessary. I’m really excited though. I’ve been doing all the things I’ve wanted to do since I’ve turned 50 and seem to have found a new lease of life ha ha. Xx

I know what you mean I’m not going huge just big enough to make a difference for me. I’ve read a few posts of women saying the first few days is hell so I’m preparing myself for that. I’ve only booked a week off work I hope that’s enough xx

Chelsea you can book your surgery date before you meet your surgeon if you know who you are going with you just have to pay £1000 deposit. I booked mine today and I’m actually having them done on 20th April so I got in pretty quick x

I’m 52 and have just booked my BA procedure for 20th April 2018. I see my surgeon (Ms Lutz) on Thursday 5th April. Any other older ladies out there having this procedure?

Thanks Megan I am just waiting for my PC to call me back. I could have got in 24th April if I’d have known but thought I had to wait to see my surgeon first hence why I’m gutted x

I was worried about that too not being able to lift my arms up to do my hair ha ha. I will only be booking a week off, i too have an office based desk job. I haven’t had mine done yet I’m seeing my surgeon on Thursday x

Thank you everyone. Hopefully I can get my surgery date today but after reading in the forum some women are booked in end of June I fear I may have missed my opportunity before my holiday in September

I have just found out I could have secured my surgery date by paying a deposit why wasn’t I informed of this at my consultation? I only noticed after reading the paperwork I was given thoroughly. I’ve got app on Thursday with Ms Lutz I assumed I had to book the surgery date with her!!! Now upset and annoyed i may have to wait a lot longer
